Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of Kirol Bet at kirolbet.casino ("Website") and set out the rules for accessing and using any products, content or services made available through the Website. By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. Effective date: 6 November 2025.

The Website is operated by Tele Apostuak, S.A., trading as "Kirol Bet", a company incorporated in Spain and licensed and supervised for online gambling activities exclusively in Spain by the Spanish gambling regulator DGOJ (Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego). Tele Apostuak, S.A. holds, among others, General License for Betting GA/2014/004 and General License for Other Games GO/2014/002, together with specific licenses for roulette (RLT/2016/006), blackjack (BLJ/2016/004) and slots (MAZ/2016/034), all granted by DGOJ.

The Website is not licensed by, or regulated under, the UK Gambling Commission ("UKGC"). Real-money gambling services are not offered to, and must not be used by, persons who are physically located in the United Kingdom or who are otherwise subject to the mandatory licensing regime of the UK Gambling Act 2005. Definitions

  • Website: The online platform available at https://kirolbet.casino, including all subdomains, pages, mobile or desktop versions and related services operated by the Operator under the Kirol Bet project.
  • User or you: Any natural person who accesses, browses or otherwise uses the Website, whether or not they complete registration. For the avoidance of doubt, Users located in the United Kingdom are permitted to access the Website only for informational purposes and must not participate in real-money gambling.
  • Player: A User who has successfully completed registration, age and identity verification, and is authorised to place real-money bets in a jurisdiction where the Operator is duly licensed (currently Spain only).
  • Account: The personal, individual and non-transferable gambling account opened by a Player with the Operator on the Website, used to access permitted games, deposit and withdraw funds and manage settings.
  • Bet: Any stake, wager, participation or similar risk-taking transaction placed by a Player on a game, event, market or outcome offered on the Website, whether relating to sports betting, casino games or other licensed games.
  • Wager: The amount of money that a Player stakes on one or more Bets or game rounds, including amounts required to be staked to meet wagering requirements associated with Bonuses.

  • Applicable Law: All laws and regulations that apply to the Operator and to a Player's use of the Website, including Spanish gambling legislation and regulation by DGOJ, anti-money laundering rules, consumer protection rules, and any mandatory consumer protection rules of the User's country of residence to the extent they cannot be excluded by agreement.

Account Registration

Eligibility and age verification

  • Minimum age: Only persons who are at least 18 years old may register an Account or use the Services for real-money gambling. The Operator may, at its discretion, apply a higher minimum age in certain jurisdictions. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
  • Jurisdictional restrictions: Real-money gambling Accounts may be opened and used only in countries where the Operator is duly licensed and where access is not otherwise restricted. Currently, the Operator's online gambling licenses issued by DGOJ allow the provision of Services to eligible Players in Spain, subject to the Operator's Spanish terms and conditions.   • Non-residents and restricted territories: The Operator reserves the right to refuse registration, close Accounts and void Bets from persons in countries or territories where gambling with the Operator is not permitted by law or by the Operator's license conditions. Registration process and KYC

  • Account creation: To open an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Website, providing your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, national identification number or passport number (where required), and any other information requested. You may be required to confirm your email and/or mobile number through verification links or codes.
  • KYC documents: Before allowing deposits, withdrawals or certain levels of play, the Operator will verify your identity and eligibility. User obligations and security

  • Accuracy of information: You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering and keep it updated. Providing false or misleading information (including using another person's identity, or misrepresenting your location or age) is prohibited and may result in immediate Account closure, cancellation of Bets, forfeiture of Bonuses and, where permitted by law, confiscation of Funds.
  • One account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account with the Operator. Multiple Accounts, whether using different personal details or devices, are prohibited and may be treated as fraudulent activity.
  • Password and device security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for securing the devices you use to access the Website. Any activity carried out under your username and password will be deemed to have been carried out by you. You must notify the Operator immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
  • Responsible gambling and self-control: You are responsible for your own gambling decisions and must use any available account tools (such as deposit limits or time-out tools, where offered) to manage your play. As the Website and Operator are not part of GamStop or other UK self-exclusion schemes, Users in the UK must not open an Account and must not rely on UK self-exclusion tools to block access.
  • Prohibited use for UK Users: If you are located in the United Kingdom, you must not complete the registration process for a real-money Account. Betting & Gameplay Rules

General betting conditions

  • Offer and acceptance of Bets: A Bet is deemed placed when it is registered on the Operator's servers and a transaction ID is generated. Bets displayed in your betting history and confirmed by the Operator are considered valid. The Operator may refuse, limit or partially accept any Bet at its discretion, in accordance with applicable law and its license conditions.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each market or game may be subject to specific minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface or the betting slip. The Operator may adjust limits at any time for risk management or regulatory reasons. Attempts to circumvent limits (for example by placing multiple correlated Bets) are prohibited.
  • Odds and game rules: Odds and game rules are determined by the Operator and, where applicable, by the rules of the relevant game provider. For sports betting, settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. For casino games, outcomes are generated by certified random number generators and the published game rules apply.

Modification, cancellation and settlement of Bets

  • Cancellation by User: After a Bet has been confirmed and registered, you generally cannot cancel or modify it. In exceptional circumstances, and solely at the Operator's discretion, a Bet may be voided where a clear and obvious error is identified before the relevant event or game commences.
  • Errors and palpable mistakes: If a Bet is accepted at odds or with conditions that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error (for example odds that are materially inconsistent with the market or with the correct probability), the Operator may declare the Bet void or settle it at the correct odds. The Operator will act reasonably and in accordance with its regulatory obligations.
  • Technical interruptions: If your connection is lost after a Bet has been accepted, the Bet will remain valid and will be settled based on the final outcome recorded on the Operator's systems or, for casino games, on the game server. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, it may be rolled back or the round may be voided in accordance with the relevant game rules.
  • Prohibited betting behaviour: The following are strictly prohibited: using automated tools or bots, exploiting software or game bugs, collusion with other Players, arbitrage based on delayed or incorrect data feeds, or any form of cheating or fraud. The Operator may void Bets, forfeit winnings and close Accounts where it reasonably suspects such behaviour, subject to applicable law.

Live casino, chats and conduct

  • Respectful conduct: When using live casino, chat rooms or any interactive features, you must behave respectfully towards dealers, staff and other Players. Insults, threats, harassment, hate speech, discriminatory language, obscene or offensive content, spam and self-promotion are strictly forbidden.
  • No sharing of sensitive information: You must not share personal, financial or account security information in chat. You must not encourage other Users to share such information or to participate in unlawful activities.
  • Monitoring and moderation: Chats may be monitored and recorded for security, compliance and quality purposes. The Operator may remove messages, mute or ban Users, and close Accounts in response to abusive or unlawful conduct.
  • UK Users and gameplay: Live casino and other real-money games are not offered to Users located in the United Kingdom. If the Operator detects that you are accessing live games or other Services from the UK, it may suspend gameplay, void Bets where required by law and take any necessary steps to comply with its licensing obligations.

Responsible gambling note: Gambling involves financial risk and can be addictive. Bonus Terms

General bonus conditions

  • Promotional offers: From time to time the Operator may offer Bonuses such as welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, tournaments or loyalty rewards. Each promotion will be governed by these Terms and by specific promotional rules published on the Website at the time of the offer.
  • Eligibility: Bonuses are personal, non-transferable and may be limited to certain jurisdictions, payment methods or Player segments. Real-money Bonuses are not available to Users in the UK, as real-money gambling Services are not offered there. The Operator may restrict Bonuses to Players who meet KYC and other verification requirements.

Activation, wagering requirements and time limits

  • Activation: To activate a Bonus you may need to opt in, enter a bonus code, place a qualifying Bet, or meet other conditions (e.g. minimum deposit). The specific activation method will be clearly stated in the promotion description.
  • Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, Bonus funds and any associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements. Prohibited bonus practices and stacking

  • Abuse and irregular play: The following may be treated as Bonus abuse or irregular play: placing Bets that guarantee profit regardless of outcome, using multiple Accounts or identities, colluding with other Players, or deliberately taking advantage of obvious errors in promotions. In such cases, the Operator may cancel Bonuses, void winnings and close Accounts, subject to Applicable Law.
  • Maximum Bet while wagering: Promotions may specify a maximum permitted Bet size while wagering is in progress. Bets that exceed the maximum may not count towards wagering, and repeated breaches may result in the removal of Bonuses and related winnings.
  • Combining promotions: Unless expressly permitted, Bonuses cannot be combined or "stacked". You may have only one active wagering Bonus at a time. If multiple promotions are available, the order of application will be determined by the Operator and explained in the promotional rules.
  • Country-specific restrictions: The Operator may exclude Players from particular jurisdictions (including the UK) from some or all promotions in order to comply with local law or licensing requirements. Any such restrictions will be clearly indicated in the promotional terms.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit methods and limits

  • Available methods: The Operator may make available various deposit methods, including debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and selected e-wallets, depending on your country of residence, currency and regulatory requirements. The specific options for each Player are displayed in the cashier section of the Website.
  • Crypto-assets: References to crypto-assets (such as Bitcoin or other virtual currencies) as a potential payment method are strictly subject to Applicable Law. As of the effective date, the Operator's regulated Spanish gambling services do not support crypto-assets for deposits or withdrawals. Where crypto methods are ever introduced for play in any jurisdiction, their use will be subject to separate terms and compliance checks and may not be available to Players in regulated markets, including the UK.
  • Deposit limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per day, and may vary by payment method.   • Funding source and ownership: You may only use payment methods that are in your own name. The Operator may request additional documentation to confirm that you are the legitimate holder of the payment method, particularly in line with anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawals and processing times

  • Withdrawal rules: Withdrawals will generally be processed using the same method and to the same account used for deposits, where technically and legally possible. The Operator may require that deposited funds be wagered at least once before withdrawal to mitigate money laundering and fraud risks, unless otherwise required by law.
  • Verification prior to payout: The Operator may conduct additional KYC and source-of-funds checks prior to approving withdrawals, especially for higher amounts or unusual activity. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended while such checks are completed.
  • Processing times: Internal processing of withdrawal requests is typically completed within a specified period (e.g. one to three business days), excluding the time taken by payment providers to complete the transaction.   • Fees and charges: The Operator aims to process withdrawals without imposing fees. Refunds, reversals and bonus funds

  • Refund of Bets: Bets may be declared void and stakes returned in specific circumstances, such as event cancellation, technical errors or palpable mistakes, in accordance with these Terms and applicable game rules. In such cases, your Account may be credited with the relevant stake amount.
  • Reversal of withdrawals: Where permitted by law and by the Operator's procedures, you may be allowed to cancel a pending withdrawal and return the funds to your playable balance before processing is completed. This option might not be available in all jurisdictions, and may be limited or disabled to promote responsible gambling.

If such activity is detected, the Operator may suspend the Account, conduct verification checks, and return legitimate Funds to the verified payment source, subject to legal and regulatory obligations, including reporting obligations.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's obligations and fairness of games

  • Regulated operation: For Players in Spain, the Operator provides Services under licenses issued by DGOJ and must comply with applicable regulatory standards, including requirements relating to fair gaming, segregation of player funds (where applicable), responsible gambling and anti-money laundering controls.
  • Game integrity: The Operator uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for applicable games and relies on regulated game providers. Results recorded on the game servers are final and conclusive. The Operator shall take reasonable steps to ensure that games are fair, transparent and operate as intended.

Exclusions and limitations

  • Indirect and consequential loss: To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages, including loss of profits, data, reputation or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or Services.
  • Maximum liability: Without prejudice to your statutory rights that cannot be excluded, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you in relation to any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the higher of (a) the amount of the relevant Bet or Wager that gave rise to the dispute, or (b) the amount actually standing to your Account balance at the time of the incident, excluding any Bonus funds.
  • Illegal use and UK Users: The Operator shall have no liability for any use of the Website or Services in violation of these Terms or Applicable Law, including use by Users located in the United Kingdom contrary to the express prohibition on real-money gambling. Any such use is at the User's own risk, and the Operator may void Bets and take remedial action required by regulators.
  • Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under Applicable Law, including any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of content and software

  • Proprietary rights: All rights, title and interest in and to the Website and its content, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, domain names, audio-visual material, user interfaces and underlying technology, are owned by the Operator, its group companies (including Grupo Kirol) or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws and international treaties.
  • Limited licence: The Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Website and Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted, whether by implication or otherwise.

Restrictions on use

  • No copying or distribution: You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, transmit, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or exploit any part of the Website or its content without the prior written consent of the Operator or the relevant rights holder, except where such use is expressly permitted by law.
  • No reverse engineering: You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to obtain the source code of any software used in connection with the Website, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by Applicable Law and then only upon prior written notification to the Operator.
  • Trademarks and branding: "Kirol Bet", "kirolbet.casino" and any associated logos, trade names and marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Operator or its group companies. You may not use them without prior written authorisation. Reference to Kirol Bet in these Terms is solely for identifying the specific project operated through kirolbet.casino.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Privacy policy: The collection, use, storage and disclosure of your personal data by the Operator is governed by the Website's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and agree to the processing of your data as described therein.
  • Legal framework: As a Spanish-registered company, the Operator processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant Spanish legislation. To the extent that UK data protection law (including the UK GDPR) applies to your use of the Website, the Operator will also comply with any mandatory obligations arising under that law.

Changes to Terms

Modification of Terms

  • Right to amend: The Operator may modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in Applicable Law, regulatory requirements, technical or security developments, the introduction of new Services, or for other legitimate business reasons.
  • Effective date of changes: Unless otherwise stated, amendments will take effect from the date indicated as the "Effective date" at the beginning of these Terms or from a later date specified in the notice of change.

Notification and acceptance

  • Notification methods: Material changes to these Terms will be notified to you using one or more of the following channels: (a) a prominent notice on the Website (for example, a banner or pop-up), (b) a message displayed at login, or (c) email or on-site messaging to the contact details associated with your Account, where applicable.
  • Continued use as acceptance: Your continued access to or use of the Website after the updated Terms have taken effect will constitute your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Website and, if you are a Player, request the closure of your Account and withdrawal of any eligible Funds.
  • Historical versions: The Operator may retain previous versions of the Terms and make them available upon request or through an archive section of the Website to ensure transparency over changes made over time.

Termination & Suspension

Termination by the Operator

  • Grounds for suspension or closure: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, restrict your access to the Services or withhold payments where it reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached these Terms or Applicable Law; (b) you have provided false or misleading information; (c) you have engaged in fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or other prohibited conduct; (d) you are located in, or acting on behalf of a person in, a restricted jurisdiction such as the United Kingdom; or (e) such action is required by a regulator or law enforcement authority.
  • Notice: Where permitted by law and regulatory guidance, the Operator will endeavour to notify you of any suspension or closure and the reasons for it, using the contact details associated with your Account. However, the Operator may be prevented from providing detailed information in certain cases, for example where it must comply with anti-money laundering obligations or instructions from authorities.

Termination by the User

  • Account closure: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support using the channels described in these Terms or via the tools provided on the Website (where available). Before closure, you may be asked to withdraw eligible Funds and to complete any outstanding verification checks.
  • Self-exclusion: In jurisdictions where the Operator is licensed and where self-exclusion tools are provided, you may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion in accordance with local regulations. This internal self-exclusion is distinct from national systems such as GamStop, to which the Operator does not belong. Effect of termination and treatment of funds

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable law

  • UK law considerations: The Operator is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and does not offer real-money gambling Services to persons located in the United Kingdom. Jurisdiction and disputes

  • Courts of Spain: Subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence, any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website or the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Spain, typically those of Vitoria-Gasteiz or another competent Spanish court determined under Spanish procedural law.

The Operator will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, taking into account regulatory guidelines.
